How We Rank CRM Software
Every platform on this site is scored with the same model. Rankings reflect that score — not the commercial terms of any partnership.
Our scoring criteria
| Criterion | Weight | What we look at |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | 25% | List pricing, what each tier includes, and hidden add-on costs. |
| Ease of use | 20% | Setup time, onboarding, learning curve for non-technical teams. |
| Automation & workflows | 20% | Pipeline automation, sequences, rules and AI assistance. |
| Integrations | 15% | Native integrations for email, calendars, marketing and billing. |
| Scalability | 10% | How well the platform grows from 2 to 200 seats. |
| Support & reliability | 10% | Support channels, documentation and published uptime. |
How the quiz works
The quiz maps your answers (team size, budget, sales process, must-have features) to the same criteria above. Each answer adds weight to the criteria it implies, and each CRM is scored against that weighted profile to produce a match percentage. Commercial agreements are never an input.
Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up. This never changes a score, a ranking or a quiz result, and it never costs you more. Vendors cannot pay for a higher position.
How often we update
Pricing and feature data are reviewed regularly and after any major vendor announcement. Prices are list prices and may vary by region, billing period and promotion — always confirm on the vendor site.
